PAYMENT OPTIONS
Many clients that attend our practice are privately paying patients. They can access their health fund on the spot - HICAPS - to claim the health fund portion of the payment if they have extras cover. The health fund pays the benefit directly to us and the client pays the gap amount. Please contact your health fund to confirm.
For privately paying clients we offer:

We accept:
- Credit Card/Eftpos
- Cash
Many patients will have their physiotherapy treatments paid for by other methods. We accept the following with no gap payment for the client:
- Work cover
- InjuryNet
- Medicare eligible patients (EPC)
- Dept of Veterans Affairs clients (DVA)
- Insurance Claims

Cancellation of appointment
We request that you try to call us at least 6 hours prior to your appointment if you need to make a change. Sufficient notice allows us to then contact someone else on our waiting list and offer them an appointment, and they REALLY appreciate that you called early. Late notice or a failure to attend you appointment can incur a small cancellation fee.
